This program comes as an alternative to using your Windows default image tool (Photos) for previewing the images within your local directories in a slideshow mode. The application works with a wide variety of image formats, comes with a comprehensive help guide, and provides you with easy-to-configure settings.

The first thing you need to do is to import the folder containing the images you wish to preview. To me, the importing method is quite annoying as it's difficult to browse to locate the directory you wish to load. After you select the folder in question, you can configure the slideshow options according to your needs. The application lets you choose from several transition effects, select the amount of time you want the pictures to be displayed on your screen, and customize the appearance of the background image of your slideshow.

In addition, the program is packed with a built-in help guide which comes in handy if you're new to this type of apps.

However, the utility is very limited. It lacks options to export or share the photo slideshows, set background music, watermark the slideshow, etc. The developer of this app provides you with two alternatives to using this program which offer you the aforementioned features, but they are still missing some important options (for example, the ability to export slideshows to multiple formats).

In conclusion, I'd say you should try a different photo slideshow app. This program is far too limited.
